​​​Sponsorship payments provide the recognition benefits described below. They are not charitable donations.

Year-Round BLVD Sponsorships

  • Support The BLVD Association and its work throughout the year. Choose the sponsorship level that best fits your organization.

  • Each level includes all benefits from the levels below it.

Community Sponsor

  • $500

  • Your logo will be included on flyers produced for BLVD Association-hosted events during your sponsorship term.

​​

Supporting Sponsor (+ community)

  • $2,500

  • Includes all Community Sponsor benefits, plus display of your sponsor banner at BLVD Association-hosted events during your sponsorship term.

​​

Premier BLVD Sponsor (+ community and supporting)

  • $5,000

  • Includes all Community and Supporting Sponsor benefits, plus:

  • Recognition on the Lancaster BLVD website during your sponsorship term

  • Recognition as a sponsor of BLVD Association-hosted events during your sponsorship term

Year-Round Sponsorship Details

  • Sponsorship start and end dates will be confirmed in writing.

  • Banner specifications, delivery requirements, and display arrangements will be provided after sponsorship approval.

  • Website placement and recognition details will be confirmed in writing.

Individual Event Sponsorships

  • Sponsor one specific BLVD Association-hosted event.

  • Choose the opportunity that best fits your organization. Each level includes all benefits from the levels below it.

Social Media Sponsor

  • $50

  • Your business or organization will be listed under “Sponsors” in the Instagram caption or description associated with the selected event.

​​

Event Flyer Sponsor (+ social media)

  • $250

  • Your logo will be included on the flyer for the selected event.

​​

Event Banner Sponsor (+social media and event flyer)

  • $500

  • Your sponsor banner will be displayed during the selected event.

​​

Premier Event Sponsor (+social media, event flyer, and event banner)

  • $1,000

  • Receive Premier Sponsor recognition for the selected event, including recognition on the Lancaster BLVD website through the event date.

Individual Event Sponsorship Details

  • Logo files must be received by the deadline provided by The BLVD Association.

  • Banner specifications, delivery requirements, and display arrangements will be provided after sponsorship approval.

  • Premier Sponsor website placement, recognition details, and start date will be confirmed in writing.

Important Sponsorship Information

  • All sponsorships are subject to availability and approval by The BLVD Association.

  • Sponsorship recognition is limited to the benefits confirmed in writing.

  • Recognition of a sponsor’s name or logo does not constitute an endorsement of the sponsor, its products, or its services.

  • Sponsorship payments are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income-tax purposes.

  • Sponsors should consult their own tax advisers regarding potential business-expense treatment.
